... 3 people in the queue and it took us almost an hour to buys 2 stamps. Unbelievable!! Then, surprise surprise, the guys messaged us to find out 'where the bloody hell are you?' We met up back at the bus and thank goodness had stocked up on supplies for yet another of our wonderfully relaxing 'happy hours!' Relaxing on our balcony as we have just set sail, bit of a breeze, sun, Sambucca in hand, does it get any better than ...

Gail & I brought post cards for kids then tried to find a Postie took a bit of trouble to ...

Up at 6am to ensure we get through the rest of Sardinia and across to Corsica before dark. Once again little wind so we motor on up and cruise through the Maddalena's. Very pretty and lots of large expensive yachts floating around. Making good time we head across the Bonafacia Straights and into port. A very unique harbour and hopefully time to explore tomorrow morning before we head off to Minorca - it's all go here but have to keep moving whilst weather is good for ...

... myself. I just don't seem to get seasick. I'm lucky. Eldon thought for about 1 minute he might have a problem. He talked himself out of it like he always seems to.

We walked from the ferry terminal to our hotel. It was a 10-minute walk and all along the boardwalk. Thank heavens there was an elevator to take us to the top of the hotel. We got checked in and went to ...

Driving to the North of Sardinia

... are achingly beautiful. I don't know how I can love the water so much when I'm totally terrified of it. I'm O.K. on a boat but getting too far out or snorkeling by myself is too scary.

All in all it's been a great trip, too long, but great.

My goal when we get home is to hit the gym 7 days a week and really cook so VERY HEALTHY meals. Lots, of veggies, fruits, beans and things like that.
