Had a better sleep last night and a very nice breakfast of crusty buns, baguette and croissants with cheese and ham, fruit, yogurt and coffee. We ate in the solarium with the koi. Again beautiful China and presentation. Unfortunately Onez has severe leg pain this morning so we are going back to Balen instead of exploring more..it is still ...
... years. Most of the riders are retirees, that take these riding tours a few times a year to "get away from the family, and out on the road".
Yep, they are the aged I will become. No caravan and nursing home for them. It's a Triumph Rocket III with the misses as a pillion, doing 110 mph on the motorbahn on their way to the Nürburgring.

2 cases of wine (ranging from pretty decent bordeaux down to 8 euro box wine - aka later to be converted to mulled wine as otherwise undrinkable).
Camped for the night in the Vallee de la Meuse very near the Belgian border and joined in a local French guy's birthday party by accident, though at least got to enjoy plenty of Belgian beer which I would have missed out on otherwise.
The hotel Cesar provided us with a 7 euro breakfast which was quite good. The night sleep, hadn't been too bad even though Bruno kept rolling over on my side because there was a dip in the middle! Better than that night in Bath, nine years ago.
Drove out of town and headed for Montherme. The countryside was very pretty with rolling hills, reminiscent of the tablelands. Lots of nice views to look at.

... look about it. Drove on into town and found hotel Cesar, which was quite cheap and open. It was ten o'clock and so we took it. The room was clean and breakfast provided.
We hadn't eaten yet, so went down town to look for somewhere but it seemed everywhere was closed. After much driving around we found a pizzeria thank goodness.
