My price is a house in Tuscany with at least 4 bedrooms (preferably near Montopoli in Val d'Arno), a car so I can tour Europe with the family, a MacBook so I can write my articles (it's a little tricky on an iPhone), and a minimum salary of €40,000 per year (it'd be a pay cut for me). We were extremely efficient and got ready to go at exactly the planned time, this is almost unheard of. Our drive was fairly boring but it was a very misty day ...

... taxi picked us up so we went to 'Les Halles' the produce market - cheese, fruit, patisserie, meat etc We did a little more wondering around the town and some shopping then headed back to the hotel to wait for the taxi. The TGV was super crowded. We had booked seats but there was no room for luggage. We had to lift them into the over head racks and then battle them out again 3 hours later at Marne-la-vallee. We caught the Disney shuttle to the New York Hotel, checked in ...
