... were a surprise to him but very very funny. After dinner we then wonder back to the hotel after looking in a few bars to see if we could find one that was showing the England V's France rugby match, none were, not even the aptly named sports bar called the, " Liverpool", so back to the hotel for us and we watch the rugby in the bar area and have a couple of beers in their whilst we watch England win, but not ...

A wet day, time for a trip to the Intersport...

A travel blog entry by marshallrj on Aug 14, 2015

We wake up this morning and it's a bit damp outside, not heavy rain, but just a bit, by 11am though it's properly raining. Rather than stay and get cabin fever, we get in our cars and drive off to Sables to pay a visit to the Intersport, it's really busy on the roads in the town, we find where we are going though OK and get a few things in the ...

A travel blog entry by marshallrj on Aug 12, 2015

... using the slides and playing in the pool, they all play together looking after Daniel as well which is nice to see. A picnic lunch in our respective lodges and we ready ourselves for a trip to the beach this afternoon for another session on the body boards. In the afternoon it's getting hot now, we drive back to the beach at Vallions, the car park is full to bursting, but, for three euro's at enterprising farmer has opened up ...

Canoe and Tennis, and shooting stars.....

A travel blog entry by marshallrj on Aug 11, 2015

... food, a little wine and chit chat, but we are all knackered after our body surfing today. Rather than go to bed straight away we go back to the nearby beach to watch the stars and to also see if we can see a belt of shooting stars that are due overhead tonight, it's a little cloudy but we can see some, and lie on the beach for 40 mins taking it all in, a very special time. But...will sleep well ...
