I wake up with a wicked sore throat. Actually, I don't wake up with it, it has kept me up most of the night. It's probably the AC, or the strong sea winds we suffered through for an hour last night while waiting for Sabrina's hot-dog!

Speaking of which, here is what happened at the snack bar yesterday: There was a lot of people at the Snack Bar and the poor employee was overwhelmed. The fact that the Spanish guests would cut the line didn't help (three or four of ...

... and I both enjoyed the ride a lot, we got back filthy compared to everyone else but didn't mind because we had fun, i didn't see much of the jungle because I was concentrating on riding and not hitting anything, Bobbie didn't spot any Toucans. A few seconds later i could hear my name being called and my mum waving her hands like a loony smiling from ear to ear. My sister was also going crazy with excitment! I was so happy to see them, it was a lovely way to welcome us home. Even Beyers was smiling, not something i bet he thought he would be doing upon landing in England on a dreary Monday morning! So thanks you two : )

We sunbathed and socialised until Tuesday, at which point I was ready to go home and rest before my next adventure to South East Asia on Sunday. I'm sure I will spend the rest of my life wanting these two weeks back, but whats done is done and I have had the bloody time of my life. So onwards to ...

Victory for the Friends (and relations) of Dorothy

... re finally about to settle on an artwork split across four canvasses, one of the other assistants starts hanging a striking six-piece design entitled 'Danza', of a Mexican lady swirling her dress around her; a riot of reds and blues that due to the materials used changes colours and textures dependent on how it's lit. Coman instantly falls in love with it so rather than hesitate any further we buy it on the spot and hurry back to the hotel. David and Lynne are already at ...
