... that we needed wi fi connectivity. First stop was actually food for Bridget. Second was toilet stop of me. Really what great irony ....American burger chain mixing it with Haute Couture. That never featured in my Year 10 French assignments on fashion and food. We were on a roll with the metro so over to Montmartre and tried to help out two teens from Idaho USA who had just flown in and were kerbside looking for their ...
... an hour. He was having fireworks of his own, desole. Thank god, he recovered in time to tote those bags back down the stairs and out to Orly for our flight off to London.
Merci, merci to France and even the French. Je vous aime. Especially your food, your cool style, your pretty everythings and your joie de vive. We loved just about every minute.

After a quick run through the Louvre (Really? Again with the gallery sprint?), we were back on the Bus for the other highlights of Old Paris. Two hours of Arches, statues, churches and of course the Big Stick. Beautiful, orderly and comfortable, other than a bit too much sun in the open top bus. Really an Aussie should know better to put on sunscreen.
