    ... ballroom was used as a hospital ward during the first world war (just like a lot of stately homes in England). In the Chapel, the King of Belgium was married there; the chapel was only small as the planned Church/Chapel was never built because there was a revolution and they ran out of money.

    ... see his smaller works, and I even got to see a Robert Mapplethorpe/ Rodin Exhibition. Over 100 photos and 50 small sculptures showing the human body in movement and tension. It was a bit naughty cos Maplethorpe was a man's man, and Rodin was a ladies man, and it shows.
