... the bodies. We climbed on our bikes and rode 10km up the beach and found a big ship that was now earth bound and zebra's and elephants and white horses. I kid you not. Check out my photos!!!! Now I think the whole of France is at the beach and half of Spain. Its all so different to what we are used to but thats why we are here! Tomorrow we shall go to Carcassonne or maybe the next day. ... cyclists were prohibited. Anyway we made it , and tomorrow we continue down the coast of the Med to Girona. Should be very pretty. They said that they'd put the word out about a found dog to their contacts in the area that he'd been picked up, took down our information, and sent us on our way with a handful of food samples. He'd definitely need that; he was obviously underweight.

DAY 10/June 23: The queen stage

A travel blog entry by timsparling on Jun 23, 2015

... Peter. He'd been having tummy troubles to various degrees for about a week and today it was serious enough that he packed in and called for Caroline to pick him up. This morning at the start, he installed one of the spare wheels (front) from the van on his bike since he'd been having some trouble with his. But now since he'd be off the bike for the rest of the day, we transferred it over to Linda's bike so now we wouldn't have to worry about the patch holding up.
