    By this time Olivia was also suffering from a bad back (!), so we decided it was worth splashing out on a massage in the hotels health centre. It was very posh, and I think Olivia had a very decadent time! For the rest of the day we took things easy and ate in the hotel restaurant again, before retiring to the bar. A very tiring day!

    ... of the way so nice and easy and we got there to see the rocky bay and all the little islands and it was quite an impressive view. We rode around a bit to find a spot where we could go and sit and have our lunch and found a connection from the mainland to one of the islands.     ... happy and didn't want to stay in for long. She wrapped herself in towels and sat and watched as we swam about for a bit before the cold got to us all.
