... than ever, sweat in my eyes, and my face was beat red. I made it by passing the baton off again to Rich and he did his one lap. I must say he is in better shape than I am. Was it fun? I guess today I can say that! The recovery period took me over an hour. What I did not mention was that I was sick the previous two days and really should not have participated. Lesson learned. ... I've written most of them but haven't had a chance to add photos as most are on my camera and oftentimes I don't have access to a computer (too bad iPhones don't have SD card slots!)
A few life lessons I've learned so far:
- don't pack stuff you think you'll need in a few months (aka sunblock). You won't use it. Plus it's so accessible anywhere (especially if it's already a European brand like Vichy!)
