    ... place. Many American, German soldiers and Belgium civilians were killed. Yesterday we visited the American memorial. It was getting late and we still had a 30min drive to the hotel. We decided to leave the museum till today.  This morning after a lazy start we went back to the town of Bastogne to visit the war museum.     ... t make me all too keen to wild camp. With help from mom, we located another campsite. The problem was that if was 35 km away, and with the morning having been so slow, I doubted we'd make it in the 2 hours we had before dark.
    But some how me made it. Fueled by fried food, we did 35km in1.5 hours. No clue how.

    Sad to leave this campsite by the river. Everything has a artiste's touch, more like a private home than a campsite. Made me feel quite guilty leaving skid marks in the grass, but happy we managed to get onto the campsite roadway without needing a tow.     Well that is it. My time with Louise has come to an end. I'm now sitting on the train to Ghent to finish out my final 2 days in Belgium.
