On to the Loire
... day. Julie is on 5 acres with a stream running down her garden so with coats on and a borrowed pair of Wellies we headed off into the garden for a quick tour. It was the type of garden with so many different personalities from fruit trees, to chestnuts dropping their nuts which were pounced upon by the red squirrels to sculptures and special 'rooms' for contemplation or taking the sun in summer. A real adventure and showed the growth of the garden in the 20 years Julie and her family had lived ...
One of the best days of the week.
We started off by exploring the chateau. It was COLD! But so beautiful. We meandered along the Loire through several towns, stopping to get bread and snacks.
And by early afternoon, we arrived at Les Rairies to meet our friends and park up for two nights.
A proper shower and loo! Does this become an obsession with all motorhomers?

... t like Mitt romney or sarkozy as they seem all about the money and not about the soul. she tells me that she doesn't understand why people derive happiness or "appiness" from buying things, she says she doesn't like "the money" and she is all about the spirit. so i go to bed a very happy person.
oh btw, these guys have the record for eating fast. they wiped the floor with me, even Isabella.
Day 3
struggled to get up ...

... Anyway, so yeah today was a nice relax in Angers. Peeps were meeting at half 10am, but I am soo lazy. I find it hard to get up these days...I am going to hate my 5:45 alarm next Monday! Anyway, so I evenutally got up, and I left the house then at like half 1, oh my days, I know. So I got to Angers by half 3, which was OK, but I wish I had dragged myself up earlier now and not wasted time at home.
