    We spent the day walking in Monet's garden and home in Giverny. Such a wonderful experience.     Well the French did not really redeem themselves today. We tried out an amusement park near by and almost left looking at the lineup to get in.     ... garden with a huge variety of flowers from roses through to gladioli, chrysanthemums, lillies, delphiniums, daisies, impatiens and others I couldn't identify but admired anyway.
