    ... pepper sauce, I had a sort of rigatoni pasta with a tomato carbonara sauce. Both were absolutely amazing and we were discussing how on earth we would finish it all, when over comes our waitress with another pasta dish, compliments of the chef. The sauce was made with truffles (and a LOT of them!) Decadence at it's best and we were officially wooed by the chef!     ... and stayed on for the night show at closing time, which was spectacular. The look of amazement on the kids' faces was priceless. Even the adults were impressed. Next day we spent at Walt Disney Studios and then returned to Disneyland next door for more rides and to watch the night spectacular once again. We are lucky enough that we can watch the fireworks from the window of our apartment every night as the park is not too far away.

    We have just arrived in Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris, and it's roasting! (As to be expected) We are now just waiting to board the plane to Beijing and everyone is excited!! We all can’t wait to get there but dreading this long haul flight, me especially since I know Rachael will end up sleeping on top of me :/ But we are ready for these 17 days ahead !! P.S Missing our family loads !!
