Louvre
Bonjour! Last night I walked to the Louvre just to see it at night. It was about an hour walk from where we are staying. It wasn't very cold, just right to walk. We then promptly shuffled down to our train and headed to St-Michel Notre Dame which is a short walk from the Sorbonne university. Three buildings and an hour of walking ...
Let Us Eat Cake

We crossed the river to the left bank and visited the Shakespeare and Co. book store. The owner just died and there was a tribute for him all over the front door. Unfortunately, that was our only taste of the Latin Quarter. Maybe next time ...
