... to have all we need and once we fix up the niggly things it will be perfect for us for the next four and a half months. Tomorrow we are heading towards Amiens and will stop several times and ride along the Somme. It's great having bikes. You can see so much more everywhere. We are in the second superb campground tonight and so far the prices are a lot more reasonable than in Australia so that bodes well for the budget. Au ...

The ride blew the cobwebs out and the bikes we have borrowed from Jane and Anton are little beauts. Tomorrow we head south a little bit towards Normandy. So far we are pleased with the Beast. It is quite a structure on the main road on the entrance to the city centre. The City has been totally rebuilt including the cathedral and the city buildings. In fact we enjoyed the atmosphere of the town ...

... and there story revolves around a murder, a revenge murder, and other ghastly goings.

Staying in the town was not interesting but it was our last stop before Bologne and the ferry to Dover. Its been an amazing trip so far and we intend to keep going. Heading back out to France in June, where we will hug the West Coast all the way to Spain. Once over the Pyrenees we will make the most of Northern Spains Gallician coast, overwintering in Portugal or southern Spain, who knows!
