Gare de Lyon station is being renovated and is very busy at times. Passengers stand patiently by the departure boards waiting for the magic number or figure to pop up informing them of which hall and platform their train will be leaving from and then there is a rush of activity as they head for their train.

The last few days have been warming up after a series of days of really heavy snowfall!! A few cars have been tested to see if we buy them and Sara went home for Xmas and to see her new nephew - freshly printed just before Xmas.

... and Charlotte, hadn't eaten dinner so they got some McDo (everyone here calls McDonalds "MacDough") their take on McDonalds in France- the fries are bad but the prices are much better. So then a plan was made (I don't really get a say in the plans, I'm just along for the ride!) to go back home.
