The buffet during weekends is good value and quite popular. Smoking is permitted however inside the restaurant and this is one of its negatives. The verandah terrace is the ideal alternative if you are not a smoker. That specific day however we had great food at home so we decided to return home for lunch.

I guess, these rules are too strict and have been set by elderly locals. I don't know how to explain this as you are never sure what to expect.
The best thing to do is to take precautions to avoid unpleasant surprises!
