Today we had a little bit of a later start, aka meet downstairs at 8...but it was better than 6. To get to the Pyramids, e weaved our way through the manic Cairo traffic, out into the suburbs and then suddenly, there they appear in front of you. It is a very strange thing to see. The second day we are in Egypt, we awake at 330AM to head for a sunrise camel ride by the pyramids! Camels are fun and the landscape is incredible! Later during the day we check out the pyramids themselves, as well as the Sphinx!
