... with Kathryn even though we are on the other side of the world. How cool is technology now. Just calling Africa to wish me a happy birthday. Crazy :)
Off to work I then went and got sung happy birthday in I think about 5 languages by our translators :) One minute I would be working and out of nowhere I would hear this song (happy birthday) start behind me and even the patients would join in! ... to get the balance. Days like today I’m so grateful for the A/C though it’s too hot out there!! They rainy season has apparently ended now, so the temperatures are just going to get hotter. We still have our random thunder and rain and then sunny days though so not quite out of the season yet.

... so good to hand him my 17kg bag and get inside the air conditioned jeep. We then had to wait an hour for another dentist who arriving on the next flight.
