A very enjoyable stay in this nice hotel. Probably needs a makeover, but still in quite good condition, and luxury compared to the recent Chinese accommodation on our GAdventures tour. The staff were very attentive, the included breakfasts were superb. The location is probably not the best if you want to walk, so next time we would book a more central hotel.

          Day 120 - 12/6/16 Dubai
Sunday today and a work day here in UAE, we hired a car and driver for the 1.5 hour trip to Dubai to see the sights of this fast paced city. Dubai and Abu Dhabi use to have their own Presidents, but in recent years a move to centralised UAE now has the President residing in Abu Dhabi and the Vice President in Dubai. …

Arriving to the airport last night around 11.30pm and a smooth process at Abu Dhabi airport, no paperwork to fill in and only 5 passengers at the carousel collecting their bags - most people use the airport for transfers. The drive to the hotel was half an hour, passing by the Grand Mosque, the seventh largest in the world. We had already booked …

Tonight our flight is 7pm so we have a day to explore some more. We had noticed a building called 1881 so we decided to head there first. The building was originally the Marine Police Headquarters, along with the time ball (ship captains to set their watch by) and a fire station. Today it has a hotel and shops.

Didn't see the end but at a guess, the maverick dashing behaviourist saves the park PR woman and lives happily ever after with her and the two kids don't get brutally eaten by dinosaurs. Maybe even the trained raptors go get revenge on the evil guy who tried to weaponise them? We landed ontime despite the delayed takeoff and again overall a decent ...
