During the First World War, it served as a hospital. Although the crowds were large, we enjoyed seeing this charming and beautifully restored residence. We relished a lovely lunch on site after viewing the ...

... 5pm at the camping car park and compared our days events. A very pleasant day. But it wasn't over yet as every night at 10.30 there is a sound and light show at the chateaux Blois so we had dinner out in the town so we could stay awake and headed off to the show.
