... time trying to work this all out while helping roo do her writing while helping twins do their work books (in which they insist I give them 2 gold stars for each page completed) and while trying to get my own work done as well. ... cruisy downhills....we had a secret weigh in so I will update progress after a few more bike rides. However, we are drinking wine for $5-7, choosing by the label on the bottle. That method is working so far. We tried one white in Paris and that choice is not an option..not nice! The cheese is to die for and unbelievably cheap... We are trying a new one each ...

Saturday June 15 Drive from Valfrejus to St Andre Les Alpes Picture-perfect on awaking in Valfrejus. Time to check out the route down to Provence. We are heading south towards St Andre Les Alpes. As we descend from Valfrejus we observe a fort on the other side of the valley. Makes sense because the topography of the area would declare this site to be strategically important. ... then set out for a walk down to the lake but as I was not taking enough notice, I set off on the wrong path into the forest. A kilometre later and I still couldn't see any sign of a lake so I returned to the campsite (being chased by mozzies the whole way) and then saw the sign pointing to the right path. Lake 300m!!

I've plotted my route for tomorrow and as it's going to be a big day, I shall attempt to get to sleep early.

... up to Grasse. Lucky for me Ty is in need of a gift for Lauren, so we head to the Fragonard Perfume Factory! We jumped in on a tour with a bus load of English tourists to tour their perfumerie. The tour was free and we were able to see some amazing distillers that were used to extract the essential oils from the flowers, leaves and roots of plants grown in the region.
