    ... have a nice walk through the streets of the old town where there are lots of cafes and souvenir shops and then head down. In the parking block is a cafe with wifi so we have a cold drink and check emails and the weather for tomorrow and decide to have lunch at the restaurant with the best view in town.........     ... we once again attended an exclusive "Australian" night on the 9th floor of the boat around the central pool, which is a large deck area accommodating a lot of people. The ship does specific country nights based on large groupings of people. We have 500 to 600 Australians out of the 2,200 passengers on board.

    The ship sailed out once again at around 6pm to head through the night to arrive in Marseille, France around 7am on Saturday 2 August ...

    Bonjour! It was sad to leave Cinque Terre but it was time to move on. We caught an early train that took an hour longer to get to Nice than it was supposed to (in true Italian style, always late!) Nice is a beautiful place. But so overpriced! Worse than Rome!     The day for any competitor or support crew of an Ironman race always begins very early. We woke around 4.00am to get organised and down to transition which closed at 6.00am
