... As soon as I arrived, I was surrounded by old beautiful buildings, churches and French people who I didn't understand and who didn't understand me.

... plenty of old buildings and bridges for Matt to admire. I hate to admit it but I'm beginning to admire them too. We went for a stroll along the canal where we found and old 12th century castle.
