Our host from our Gite made us breakfast including her homemade yogurt and jam. I figured out the coffee quality dilemma and have a new strategy -I will only drink expresso. Today was hot and hilly. We had trouble not only drinking enough water but finding it. Only one cafe today after about 2 hours of walking so it was a good thing we bought food for a picnic lunch.
