Car hire for 3 days over

Drove back inland today, small winding roads into tiny towns, no one else on the road thank goodness, went through forest areas, olive tree areas, more walled towns, forts, vineyards. Today was our last full day in Assisi. We have just loved being here, so neither of us has relished the thought of leaving, but as we have discussed recently the dangers of turning things into idols, the last thing we want to do is to idolise Assisi or St Francis.
