Le Grimaldi Cagnes-sur-Mer

After brekkie it was onto Menton which is a lovely little town just before the Italian border. Menton is a much more down to earth place than its neighbours and more our scene. We found a park right on the beach and went for a wander and took in sum much needed sun. Next stop Italia!!<br>

The highlight of the day was picking up a six pack of Leffe Brun (Belgian Beer - like the stuff they have on Rundle St) for 4 Euro. These creative words are the result. ... the first opportunity to present itself. Big mistake. We went to bed in a truck parking bay right at the side of the motorway. It was noisy all night and occasionally a works vehicle pulled in with its many yellow flashing lights which gave a strobing effect inside the camper. The fumes of the cars and trucks was enough to give Des and I a headache so when we got up at 7am we felt like we had been driving all night.
