... 32 degrees Fahrenheit, and the sun was beaming down enough to keep us warm.
We took our time, stopping for a drink at the intermediate level. There, people were free to walk around. We saw donkeys as well as people who had set up a tent. ... It helps though that we were already at about 1000m and we caught a ski gondola aka telecabine about 700m :) the legs definitely told us we'd been for a good walk though. It was a cloudy day though, so I'm hoping to go again before I leave and catch the 360deg view. The panorama on the walk suggested we can see Mont Blanc from our bedroom balcony though! I've been trying to power through a few books before I leave on the 29th. Good books just ...
