    This morning we went for an early morning ride in the dark. We left at 5am and got back around 6.30am.

    While we were just coming out of Pouzolles I heard an owl above me. We went from Pouzolles to Roujon and Neffies and back. It was fun, We could see lights flashing on the hill. Not only would it be expensive - probably near to £400 to replace the keys and locks, but if D then lost his keys, we would have no access to the back box, the safe and the security D.     ... was teaming with millions of kids so we chose beach and found a quiet spot under trees for some shade. It was already 30 degrees so we hunted down the sea for a cool off and once again the beaches were packed and not just for 500 meters but for 10 km.
