Le Galion Antibes

After brekkie it was onto Menton which is a lovely little town just before the Italian border. Menton is a much more down to earth place than its neighbours and more our scene. We found a park right on the beach and went for a wander and took in sum much needed sun. Next stop Italia!!<br>

... wine bottle and then we thought they were off on the trail, but no they got in the car and drove on! <br> At the end of the gorge we joined the road towards Cannes, which was route Napoleon, orginially created by him as a pass through the mountains...very windy. Our destination for the evening was Grasse where we found a good park overlooking the city lights and our first view of the Med.

... experience at Sababini's was very personable! The eight course meal was superb! We both chose the steak and lobster, otherwise referred to as surf and turf! The service was fantastic! Sabatini's provided a more intimate and personable experience! We were glad we arrived with an apetite. Otherwise, the eight courses would've been too much. ... The Italians are leaving today as it is the end of their long weekend.<br><br>There is lots to do and see around here. The amusement and marine land look like they are well attended by the people here and the ones getting off the train. ... We spent the day biking from Juan les Pins, through Cap d'Antibes, and back to Antibes along the coast. Beautiful! We don't have very good internet service here, and will possibly be without for some of the next stages of our trip, but promise to enjoy the scene. We head to Italy soon, just for a few days. ... it got special. There was some sort of yellow/green stick poking out of the wall which I didnt exactly know what it was. I touched it with the tip of my finger cautiously onto have it slip off.
