    We headed south to Burgogne. - or Burgandy as we English call it. A special friend kindly said "ma maison est ta maison". Or as we English say: "my house is your house" !!!! Can you believe it? We were lent a house in the middle of France, a wonderful old farmhouse in a meadow all to ourselves for as long as we wanted! We felt like we were dreaming when we arrived and made ourselves at home.

    ... shouting instructions, telling me which way to paddle and we safely made it through and stopped on a nearby bank for a breather and to congratulate ourselves.     ... gets below 3/4 full! Boy are there a lot of lorries on the road today think they must have know I was driving n decided to wind me up!
