      ... but still are not sure as to what had gone wrong. They were very thankful that we were all going to the Pope's Palace for tea as the kitchen was down too.       ... over 6 hours and more than 50 euro in tolls!

      Corri laughed when I packed a small tool kit, but for some reason our rear bumper managed to lose some retaining pins and started to flap - duck tape to the rescue!

      Had forgotten that France really does shut down on Sundays, so struggled to find an open restaurant, supermarket or petrol station - but finally we're refuelled and ready to hit the South Coast ...
