After the market we hit the beach. Went
for a great run along the beach, passing every shape and size, from wrinkly
grannies to skinny teenage boys. Grabbed some fruit and delicious roast chicken
for a bite to eat before heading back to the gite to recharge our batteries.

... around Narbonne. It is a massive place, but the cathedral and the old buildings in the center of town are definitely worth checking out. If you can side step all the pigeon poop, there is a little boulangerie opposite the cathedral that serves a fantastic selection of pastries and sandwiches.
