... hot... we finally made it to the pool and it was sooooooooooo nice. It was packed but nice - as soon as we hit the water the world was right again. We were at normal body temp now. So we soaked like hippos for a while and then decided we had to go to local town as needed some cash. Anyway Lily loved it and by the end of the day was happily snorkelling by herself, floating on the boogie board and swimming around. Our last day in the gite coincided with my "big" birthday. The gite owner kindly prepared a delicious 5 course meal using local produce which began with a Cava apertif (shared with the owner)and then the rest of the meal was served for the two of us on our deck overlooking the Pyrenees.
