We traveled down the St. Lawrence and saw the Montmorency Falls on the way. We saw our first marine mammal, a harbor seal today with hopes of many more tomorrow. We saw several large ships and a ferry but not many other boats. We arrived here about 4:45 PM. It's a small marina with rock breakwaters. We had a quick rain shower after we arrive with a ...

... Luckily it was less than the 2 last days. Arrived in Baie St-Paul under a dark sky again, but not much rain hit me! Discovered that it starts to hurt a bit in your face when going over 60km/h, that's why a bike has breaks I guess. Found a nice little motel with small room (see pic). Has all I need a shower and a bed. Now it's time for a little walk to the village centre and find some food for the evening and tomorrow morning. Going up is mainly just slowly and making sure that I don't go too fast in the beginning. That went well today. I left around 9h in Quebec, after we took some ...

... figured it was all good! We climbed the 500 stairs to reach the top view point and it wasn't nearly as hard as it looked! We didn't hang around up there long as we were getting hungry and ready to get dinner. We continued down the road until we reached the chicken shop, were we got take out. After dinner we contined along the highway until it was getting dark and we stopped for the night at a rest stop just out of Baie ...
