    It is amazing what you can achieve when you put your mind to it.

    This is more of a boys story and really has little to do with Morocco.

    Woke up and decided to have a morning off from yoga to let my body have a rest and recover - feeling a tad achy to say the least.

    Breakfast was the usual cereal, yoghurt and a smoothie made with banana meaning I couldn't have any.... they seem to be ignoring my request for a berry based one!
