... This excellent article in the Financial Times dated March 14th, 2014 "Moroccan argan oil: the "gold" that grows on trees" covers all aspects of argan oil production, a long and labour-intensive task. It's popularity today is summarized in the following sentence extracted from the article:

The place itself is quite unique, at least during dry periods .... I can't quite imagine staying there myself, certainly not during the rainy season .... It's OK for mud bath addicts though, and people that do not mind sleeping in a giant crypt!

Honestly, this isn't a very exciting post! We took a day to relax on the beach, play in the water and we also ate at McDonald's since it was right on the beach. We had a great time, but I don't remember seeing any sights. I'm sure Agadir has more to offer but we didn't venture much. The next few days would be quite exciting though, so stay tuned!
