    ... After a sumptuous scallop dinner prepared by Véro we again set out to stroll the streets for the night. For a person like me who is all about go go go, this weekend was the contrary to my visiting style - and I liked it!!

    It's a reasonable trip up to Wimereux. We've been there before and it is a useful stop before Calais. It was over 200km but mostly on good roads. As we had the time, we decided to use the route nationale rather than the Peage. It takes a little longer, but the peages in Northern France have risen hugely in price, so avoiding €20 or so is ...
