    Another cracking day today, wake up at 8am and Richard is ready and stretching outside the house, ready for our morning run, we head out along the coastal path and make our way down to the port of Bourgenay, then through the woods until we get to to the Plage du Veillon, where there is a sand bar entrance to the salt marsh, Marais through which the Talmont river runs through.     After a really good night's sleep we find the shop on the site and get some breakfast there of croissants and bread and start to get ourselves ready to go. Their is a little info kiosk on the site and he hires the Mittons two extra bikes, and gives us instructions to cycle to Sable, off we go.     After a breakfast in the hotel, very clean it was a swell in there too and lol for 103 euro for two rooms with breakfast. We set of fat about 9am and headed South on the B roads to start with, these took us through some very nice smaller towns and none of the roads too busy either.     ... it upside down. Something we didn't really think about when purchasing said items! YAY one fits, we just had to keep turning it whilst cooking to avoid burnt bits, one in one out keep turning and voila dinner is served. Spent a lovely evening just sitting Andy with his birds me with my book, before turning in for an early night.
