But you can't spend all day just eating mayo-smothered fries in a country also known for beer, chocolate and Belgian waffles.
With only one day in Brussels, I think we did a pretty good job of sampling the local fare and have saved plenty of room for more as we move on to Brugge next!

And Saturday is the day of big market in Namur. People get up earlier, put tents in the streets and sell everything. Really everything.
We decided to go and buy some products at this city market as the prices were lower than in supermarkets and the choice was better.
As we came closer to the first tents we could see plants, vegetables, fruit...
We moved further and saw many kinds of cheese, meat, ...
