We took a long ol drive today, heading to the Loire Valley and we thank Grandma for the Loaning of the portable DVD player!!! We can drive in peace, looking out to the sights around, so many pretty villages and once again took the minor roads (a motorway is just a motorway!).

After watching the race and having rested as well as possible on Sunday in Le Mans, we set off early on the Monday morning, wary that our bodies had not benefited from any decent sleep over the last 3 nights.
