... hoping to study in Marseilles through the EU Erasmus program. Because Tim and I have rented many French films in the last few months and one had the main character study in Spain as part of Erasmus, I actually know what this is! ... people standing/sitting everywhere, we walked out onto the streets of Monaco to hear the earlier races final laps. We made our way up to the Rocher - a standing only section. Tix were 70 euros each, but the cheapest actual seats cost 400 euro...so 70 seemed like a bargain....and it really was. After grabbing a couple beers and probably the largest baguettes we've ever eaten, we arrived at the Rocher...which was pretty packed and there were very few spots that ...
