rather watch a movie at home sprawled out on my couch where I can control the
volume and not have to pay an arm and a leg to sit in uncomfortable chairs,

I have finally arrived in France, and am completely overwhelmed! I think because I have been looking forward to this for so long and now it is finally here, it is like it really isn't happening. We found our first site, thank goodness. A lovely little private run camp in a beautiful village Airvault in the Loire Valley. We decided to stay for a couple of nights and just have a breather and re-think. The girls had a ball riding bikes for the first time in 3months and we of course made it priority to find the local patisserie! Mmmmmm... We spoke with a few "seasoned" camping car drivers ...
