... we made a horrible discovery. There was a goat corpse drying out in the sun which explained the awful smell that we could smell from time to time. Needless to say that after such a grotty discovery all of us decided to swim back to the rib quicker than ever! After first day of riding which I would rather forget - summary is less that 300 km total riding, small roads full of trucks driving, really close to each other, a huge electric storm with forked lightning, driving rain resulting in an early close to the days proceedings. Very often our GPS takes us on some alternate routes, however we try to keep faith and our GPS always comes through with the goods.
