... of Tresques and filled all our water bottles at the local spring. We are powering through the water, it is very warm again today about 35 degrees ...... We got some fantastic cheese at the Supermarche and went home for a lovely French lunch under our Big Tree, just perfect.

Yesterday I volunteered to be the garden assistant, so first job this morning is to water all the garden pots, there are a quite a few so it takes a while, then I was supposed to be having a lovely French breakfast in the garden, but it turns out it is a French public holiday today, so no boulangre open today.... that will have to wait for tomorrow....

Had a quiet day, boys make a trip back to the supermarche and I got in a bit of knitting, Goz had a nap and then we headed off ...

... hard living here.... having a nice casual day at home, caught up on the washing and got stuck into some knitting, watched the French Open final, very relaxing. . Made dinner, all our eating is outdoors under the huge old tree, it's picture perfect, Lyn did a very good job selecting our accommodation here. We finish the day with Goz getting into the jacuzzi after sampling a few of the local wine products... Off to bed....
