Go to the south of France, they saiid It will still be warm, they said You can lie on the beach, they said Its beach is full of rocks and its bloody raining! And I do mean rain, god has picked up the Mediterranean and dumped on Nice. Damn you France, why are you so mean to me! The fish is little sardines and prawns deep fried with their heads and bodies intact. The salad is just iceberg lettuce. Yuk. We enjoy the restaurant and walk back to the hotel. We don't see much as it's dark. We go to bed, as it's already after ...

... had the huge circular screens. Apparently what was showing on the screens was part of a dress rehearsal for the Games starting today in Nice. Calvin described the games as a French type of Commonwealth Games. Many, many officials getting ready for this. Wonderful walk home. Up at 7am for a swim at Nice....free morning. Then excursion tomorrow afternoon high in the hills to a perfumery and dinner. Love to ...
