We both woke up at 4am, probably due to the jet lag. Back to sleep then up at 8. We packed and haggled a taxi outside of the hotel to take us to Ubud. This was to be the craziest drive that we have ever encountered. There seems to be no right of way, cars flying everywhere. Today, I don't get to enjoy this view though as my mind is still ...

... at a desk for 7-8 hrs/day, this work is physically exhausting. This training is definitely going to require some adjustment for my body! They all tell me I will be losing some weight by the end of the program. Nice. I won't complain about that! Today, Duncan completed his DMT and he was officially certified as a dive master! The dive shop owners Sue and John took the team out for dinner/drinks/dessert and we had a great ...
