... beers, looked most impressive on a metre base stand. So a good start to the meal. Food was mixed but of good quality and after a good couple of hours enjoying the atmosphere. After a wander around the Disney store at the village which was amazing in itself (trying on all the Mickey Mouse ears etc etc) we finally had a stroll back along the Disney lake back to the hotel and a good nights ...

... me a long lecture on the different entry routes to kitchen work. One either trains in a kitchen and studies, or dives straight into kitchen work. It is, it seems, less important to have a university degree here in France than in other European countries. Perhaps, one could argue, because of the large number of popular vocations in France (such as chef work) that simply can't be learnt from books.

This is our final posting ~
What a magical day at DIsney!!!
It was a LONG day ~ 12 hours at the park ~ everyone was exhausted ~ but it was so worth it when Cade said it was the BEST day EVER. He lots of Disney characters and had his photo taken with Mickey, Donald, and Captain Hook and Mr. Smead.

... again, it's a huge palace. We found it hard to comprehend the massiveness of the place and the gardens are just ridiculously huge! There are acres of gardens and water features that extend for a mile, literally.
