... neighborhood establishment. Wonderful little place with all kinds of charm. Could well be Cheers in Montreal. Very tasty fish and chips. No one does frites like they do in Montreal. And better conversation along with a proper understanding of what makes Montreal the city that it is.
Getting south into the neighborhoods, things calm down. Still three stories everywhere, but on a more relaxed pace.

Thanks for the Christmas pressie Jenny.I hung out with jenny during the day as she was heading back to Ottawa and after a bit of shopping she left and dropped me off at the hostel where the rest of the guys were waiting after they went and looked around town.
... br> We really enjoyed cycling around the track. Having watched a few F1 races and played a few F1 racing games I was familiar with the circuit. It was a little strange to have unfettered access to an F1 track and we spent some time having a little picnic on the grass area in between the pit straight and the exit to the pit lane. We cycled around the track twice and we took lots of photos so see the pictures below for more.

The road from the Ottawa to Montreal seemed to go on forever. Being tired and having a sore butt made it feel even longer. I missed a turning so we had to stop on the fast lane side shoulder and back pedal slowly up to the junction. I blame it on the stupid signs.
My homing Pigeon skills came in useful though down town as we got straight onto the right road and found the Holiday Inn no problem. ...
