... me some time to have a think about future plans however, which has been useful - I've even applied to some UK graduate schemes, but I'm not sure how that will go! Anyway, this was just a quick note. I'm back in the snow. But I'm not going to ruin my nice sunny post with pictures of the snow. That's for next time! ... Bear in mind it had been months since we had been near real shops, and winter was coming. We visited a First Nations reserve, which was really interesting, and then we visited a huge shopping centre that even had a rollercoaster. Two sides of Canadian culture...

On Wednesday we went to a different shopping centre before the training started that evening. We had a mingle event, then were taken for poutine and ice skating. It was fun, if not cold!

... side bags fit fine with no issues, but the plate I made out of aluminium, both tail bags as well as a Rotopax fuel packs sit so high. The rear seat is one of those multi-level seats where your passenger sits a few inches higher than the pilot. Baie-Comeau is another coastal port in Quebec and we were fortunate that it was pleasant dry weather for once. For some reason we had chosen to go on a tour called Manic 2, which was to a hydro-electric power station.
