Everyone was a bit disgruntled going into day three, we were doing verrine a which are desserts layered in small glasses. It ended up being a lot more interesting than we first thought. After class on Friday, we had a class field trip to the Silk Museum in Lyon. I thought that this museum was much cooler than the Lumiere museum.
