... feet in water to try & relax them a little. Kind of sore from carrying a 10lb back-pack & 2liter camelback all day. Also, hiking at 7,000+ ft is a little different than it is at sea level (for my lungs, not my feet.) Ahhhh, tomorrow is pack-up the campsite & head up to the B-a-y.
